The Story of The Other Side Ministry

Founded in 2023, The Other Side Ministry emerged from a heartfelt mission to restore hope and transform lives devastated by alcohol addiction. It was established by Pastor Millicent Allan, her husband Rev. Allan, and their close friend Susan Connelly in the United States.

Our Mission

Driven by faith and compassion, the ministry seeks to provide care, guidance, and long-term support for individuals struggling with addiction. It focuses on holistic recovery, addressing the body, mind, and spirit.

Our Goal

The Other Side Ministry is a Christian-based initiative with a dream to transform lives in Kenya, Africa, by establishing a sober living facility for individuals struggling with addiction and alcoholism. Grounded in faith, our vision is to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can experience God’s healing power, achieve sobriety, and gain the skills needed to build a better life away from the slums. However, this mission is far bigger than ourselves, and we cannot do it alone. We need the help and support of others to turn this dream into reality. Together, we can provide hope, faith, and empowerment to those in need, creating lasting change in their lives and their communities.
